Sean Blair

Sean is the founder of ProMeet and Pro-Facilitation. Originally trained as an industrial designer, he went on to become the Design Director of the Design Council where, he advised ministers on the economic benefits of good design, wrote and lectured about good design in the UK and overseas.

He has spent his career working as a participative design leader, working on a very wide range of projects from airports to cancer units, from start up companies to corporations and from regional development agencies to Universities and government departments. This twenty years experience of leading meetings, workshops and away days sparked his deep interest in how we can best work together, in things call meetings.

He is an honorary fellow in enterprise at Durham University Business School, an associate of the National School for Government and a Trustee of the Royal Society of Arts.
